What began as a grassroots group in Gujarat now has a home in the United States, and more than 450 members who care about wild places and the people who live beside them.
Our story
For more than three decades we've worked to protect the environment and lift up communities. Our founder and a team of volunteers set out to preserve biodiversity, promote sustainable living and help people see why conservation can't wait.
Most of our projects are in the Charotar region of Gujarat, where we protect wildlife, reduce waste and plant trees. With support from donors and volunteers in the US, that work is reaching further every year.
